These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lullia mobile application ("App") operated by Lullia ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lullia is an AI-powered roleplay chat application for professional development. The App allows users to:

• Engage in AI-driven conversations with pre-built workplace personas.
• Create custom AI agents with personalized names, avatars, and personas.
• Generate AI images for agent avatars.
• Manage conversation history and user profiles.

3. In-App Purchases and Diamonds

• Free allowances: New users receive a limited number of free interactions per feature category upon first use.
• Diamonds: Virtual currency purchased through Apple's App Store. Diamonds are used to unlock additional AI chat sessions, custom agent creation, and image generation.
• No refunds: All Diamond purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• No cash value: Diamonds have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside the App.
• Expiration: Diamonds do not expire while your account remains active.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the App, including custom agent configurations and profile information. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate, share, or promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Impersonate real individuals or organizations in a misleading way.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its services.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Responses generated by AI agents within Lullia are for entertainment and professional practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or HR advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions that affect your career, finances, or wellbeing.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content, design, trademarks, and pre-built AI agent personas are the intellectual property of Lullia or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Unused Diamonds are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lullia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating the date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
