Lullia — Workplace AI Roleplay Chat

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Lullia and how does it work?

Lullia is an AI-powered roleplay chat app for professional development. You can chat with 14 pre-built workplace personas — including managers, HR partners, designers, and legal counsel — or create your own custom AI agents. Each conversation is powered by AI to help you practice workplace scenarios, prepare for difficult conversations, and develop professional skills.

What are Diamonds and how do I get them?

Diamonds are Lullia's in-app currency used to unlock additional AI interactions beyond the free allowance. You can purchase Diamond packs directly within the app via Apple's App Store. New users receive a free allowance to try each feature before purchasing. Diamonds do not expire while your account is active.

Can I get a refund for my Diamond purchase?

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please use Apple's standard refund process: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and select "Request a Refund." We are unable to process refunds directly, as payments are handled by Apple.

How do I create a custom AI agent?

Tap the "Create Agent" option from the home screen. You can upload a photo from your library, take a new photo, or use Lullia's built-in AI image generator to create a unique avatar. Then give your agent a name and describe their personality and expertise. Your custom agent will appear alongside the pre-built personas and is available for chat immediately.

How do I delete my account and data?

To request account and data deletion, please email us at support@lustr.ink with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days. Please note that deleted data cannot be recovered, and any remaining Diamond balance will be forfeited upon deletion.
